Yes, the length of warranty is dependant on the service performed.

  How long will I be without my computer?

Typically just a couple days although under special circumstances you can receive your computer within a couple hours however emergency pricing applies.  Onsite service (service done at your location) usually means work will be performed within a couple hours however onsite service charges apply.

 What do I need before receiving service?

What you will need all depends on the service your requesting, it’s a good idea to have the original software cds that came with your computer as well as the warranty service expiration date.  If your computer is under warranty some services performed will void the warranty.  Its good to use that warranty while you have it.

  Where do I go to drop off the computer, where are the services performed?

Right now once an appointment is made a person will pick up your computer, there are no drop off’s as of right now however that will change.  All services done are done at my place of residence except of course ONSITE service.

  What if I can’t afford the service costs but really need my computer fixed?

Of course it depends on the service and the amount owed.  I can work with you on a payment plan if desired as long as it doesn’t go past 3 months.  I will perform service with a “down” payment then setup a weekly, biweekly, monthly payment plan.

  What if you can’t fix my problem(s)?

If I except and make an attempt to fix your problem and I or we just can’t fix it then there is no charge however with research and/or outsourcing it is a very rare thing.  Of course if your problem(s) are outsourced there aren’t any additional charges

  What will I receive when I get my computer back?

You will receive an invoice stating what was performed and a short explanation of what caused the issue in the first place along with preventative maintenance guidelines  and of course  the total debt owed.

 What form of payments can I pay with?

I accept all major credit cards however all credit cards are charged via PayPal (Very secure method) so you must have an email account, additional charges will apply, if total owed is less than $100.00 then a $5.00 charge will be applied, less than $200.00 $10.00 charge and so on.  Cash, money orders, personal checks, gold, and silver are all accepted as well.

 Can I setup a long term account and pay monthly?

This is the best option for most people.  Always have your computer looked after and prevent problem’s from occurring (pro-active).  Depending on the service most accounts or contracts will be accepted.  Look at promotions on website.
