Simple Service, Simple Solution


We can connect to your computer right from our location while you watch your mouse at work.  This is the easiest way to solve many computer problems except of course an Internet connection problem, an internet connection is required and preferably some form of broadband. 

In order for us to connect we will send you a link via email, click that link and your ready to go.  Answer a few easy questions, setup the remote access password (a password I will need to connect to your computer) and your set, Thats it!!  I would then connect to your computer while you watch, you will be able to see your mouse move right in front of your eyes which you still have control of, both of us can move the mouse.  You can show us your problem while we watch!!

When everything is accomplished you can simply remove the software!!!

1. Is this software secure? Yes, all done via HTTPS

2. After everything is said and done can someone access my computer through the remote software you had me install? No, when setting up the software you set an access password for me only.  Every link we send out is personalized to each individual user meaning I am the only one that can see your computer as long as you have the software enabled.  After a successful remote session We usually ask that you remove the software.

3. Can you still access my computer at a later time without/with my permission? No, after every successful remote session we remove your computer from our list (We pay for each computer on our list) and ask you to remove the software from your computer.  If at a later time you ask for remote help again we would have to send you a new link and you would have to install the software again, however depending on the problem we can set up a long term remote session meaning we can connect to your computer anytime as long as the original software remains active and enabled.

4. I have a firewall and I am behind a router/switch, can this still be done? Yes, however if your software firewall/internet security suits are working properly you should see pop-ups asking you if you want this program to access the internet among other warnings, of course you have to allow in order for this to work but then once software is uninstalled you would not see anymore pop-ups/warnings.

5. How will I know your connected to my computer?  You will see a pop-up telling you that we are connected in your right hand corner of the screen and your desktop background will change, it is very obvious we are connected to your computer, you also have the ability to close the session anytime.
